These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Moldova.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
